Built c.1870's. Located at 2 Hyland Road, Greystanes. Also known as Widemere and the Hyland Road House.

One of five inns built to cater for the workers building Prospect Reservoir. After falling into disrepair, was aquired by Holroyd City Council, who restored the building which is now a youth centre. Built on land originally granted in the 1790s to J Castle sometime between 1870 and 1880, the building and its site has has had a number of uses including a farm, hotel and post office.

Single storey hip roofed "box" form with encircling verandah typical of 18th and 19th century vernacular residential buildings. Verandah timber floored with square section posts. Walls are painted timber weatherboard and roof is corrugated iron. Other early site components include bush-pole water tank platform and various timber outbuildings. Also some early trees including common olives.
