Built before 1900. Located 393 Seven Hills Road North, Seven Hills.

An excellent example of mid Victorian development in Blacktown. A two storey masonry house with gable ends on both sides and over the front entrance. The roof is in slate and the fretted barge boards are of early Victorian style. The front bull-nose verandah roof is supported by iron lace columns.

The house is in some disrepair, however appears to be undergoing a rather drawn out restoration.

As a totally non-historial tid bit, for many years the owner of the house displayed a human skeleton (fake presumably), either attached to one of the verandah columns or one of the trees. The skeleton was, naturally enuf, nicknamed "Yorick". Alas for poor Yorick, he vanished mid 2006 as mysteriously as he appeared.
