Built before 1920 (presumably from it's style and that it is heritage
listed) and located at 432 Sunnyholt Road, Parklea (opposite corner of Malvern & Sunnyholt Road's).
Other than the name and it's heritage listing, nothing is known of this
property. Originally a dairy, as of 2005/2006, the surrounding land
is being developed for residental purposes. The fate of the building is
unknown. It is for sale
seperately from the surrounding development and has not been
demolished, so may eventually be restored and used as an office,
medical residence or the like. The exterior wooden cladding is
relatively new.
In May, 2008 the building was removed from the site, essentially intact. Current location and fate of the building is unknown.
