Built 1907. Located at 47 Clifton Street, Blacktown.

A single storey weatherboard and galvanised iron roof dwelling with bull-nose front verandah and brick balustrade. A simple but typically characteristic picket fence complements the dwelling. The house deatures stamped-metal ceilings, hand-made shutter hinges. Out back is a handwell with a still working hand pump and a slab shed. Built by William Davis as Blacktown's first police station, the residence & office of Trooper Wilson. Wilson's office was set up on the enclosed back verandah.

Private residence. Still living in the house is a granddaughter of the builder, Claire Pfoeffer.
