 1- 8 Touch forwards with RIGHT heel, then back together,

* Double buttermilks:
 9-12 With weight on toes, move heels apart, change weight to heels
      & move toes apart; with weight on heels, swivel toes back in,
      move weight to toes and swivel heels back in, (double buttermilk)

13-16 Repeat "double buttermilk",
