Boots and Bolos Line Dancing
We took up line dancing in 1994, Judy as an Instructor and Brian as her assistant. In this time we have both competed in competitions with Judy winning her age group in the single section of the 2005 NZ championships. Also since the introduction of “THE BEAT” Line Dancing Awards in 2000 we have been presented with many of these awards ranging from Best Event of the Year to Promotion Person of the Year (twice). In 2007 we received a special recognition award for our efforts in line dancing. Along with chorographing dances and arranging fun bus trips for fellow line dancers where we attend events in both the North and South Islands, we also like to host instructors from Australia and around the world.
Congrats to Boots & Bolos for winning the "Best NZ Small Group for 2007" at the 2008 The Beat Awards (their 9th award since 2000!)
